1 cup wine dry 
					1 can Aujur gravy 
					Garlic salt 
					Onions chopped fine 
					Whole roast Red potatoes 

                                Preheat oven to 550 degrees
				Put meat in roasting pan with lid 
				Pour wine over meat 
				Cut up potatoes and arrange around meat 
				Sprinkle meat and potatoes with garlic salt and onion 
				Cover with lid and put in preheated oven 
				Bake 20 minutes and turn oven off 
				Do not open door for 2 hours 
				After 2 hours take meat and potatoes out and pour in gravy and stir 
				This will be the tenderest meat you have ever eaten
